Civ Rev & The Incredible Machine 2

Has anyone mentioned or noticed that the music for the Hall of Achievements is the same as from a kid's game? The same music was originally used in a game called The Incredible Machine 2 for Tutorial Puzzle #18.

Just thought some people would be interested in knowing that. Does anyone know if the music has a name?

I believe that's the Promenade from Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an exhibition".
