Civ Soundtrack

This has probably been asked before, but is there anywhere I can download the music from Civ? I've read stuff on the internet where you can grab it from the game, but I don't know anything about how to do that kind of stuff. So is there a website or Napster clone that is likely to have them? I enjoy these little themes.

P.S. If they're in *.mp3 and/or *.sid format, that would be superb.

I don't know the exact "Title of the music for the Russian Track" but If I am not mistaken it is Russian old folk song of bargemen. I hadn't heard it for a very long time.

I think the Russian song is the "Song of the Volga Boatman". The best song in the game.

I have a Civ "Jukebox" that allows you to play the civ tunes when placed into the civ directory. It's an actual MPS tool

I can probably upload it here, since I believe it to be freeware.
