The Civ-specific Great Leaders mod is now available for download! I decided to go ahead and finish the XML-only version of this mod, which is available here http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=199344.
More additions and improvements are planned for later. In particular, I'd like to get rid of the multiple unit listings in the civilopedia and get the great general part working in the Warlords mod. In the meantime, you can enjoy the basic version.
