Civ Start Biases

Hi,

Been playing for a while and lurking for a while. Love love love everything everyone's done for this mod. Question I have:

Are the start biases the same as Vanilla? Is there somewhere I can find the VP start biases? Or can someone tell me the civs with ocean start biases?
