Morning all
I'm having a few issues with my game and wondered if anyone can help?
I'm running the Gold Edition G&K Civ V on a Dell PC. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 (64 bit), 8GB RAM and AMD Radeon HD 7750 graphics card.
I played for a few hours after upgrading in DX11 but a solo game. No issues playing and looked lovely.
Joined a friend the next day for our online multiplayer and the game crashed on the first turn (froze with music still playing then went to black screen). I didn't get any text or information as to the issue.
I restarted a few times and had the same issue. I tried hosting (instead of joining), tried lowering graphics settings and rebooted...still the same problem!
Eventually opened in DX9 and everything ran fine! Hmph!
Read through the threads here and have checked Civ Integrity (2 files needed sorting) but wondered if someone could take a look at my DxDiag (attached) and let me know if anything stands out.
Thanks
Traz
edit: Just had a thought...I started my multiplayer game on Dx9 last week and tried to play on Dx11 this week....would that have been what caused the issue? Will try a new multiplayer starting on Dx11 tonight and see if that works.
