Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

Mingzhu buddy, you're either the worst delegate of all time, or Pericles really needs to allocate his envoys better.

I was going through my older screenies and found a few to post.

I think here, Cpt. Blackadder would be justified to say:
Spoiler :
'We're in the stickiest situation since Sticky the Stick Insect got stuck on a sticky bun.

That Warmongering one... There's not that much reduced amenities because of warmongering. What even happened there?

I was conquering so much, that completely forgot to look after my finances and somehow went into bankruptcy without noticing. As soon as gold hit the negatives, all hell broke loose. That was the time when you still could sell units for gold, so I tried to sell some for quick relief, but you can't sell much with so many rebel tanks spawning around. And they were wrecking everything. The game got totally out of control, I had to resign. Don't ever go bankrupt! :nono:

I don't even ever allow myself to be negative on gold per turn... Not even if it'd take 500 turns for me to go bankrupt with the gold I had in bank.

Then again, I'm Dutch, so hoarding money is in my blood.

Brilliant: send an envoy to a city-state then declare war on it (and later on conquer it). Wasteful? Well I'm glad the AI wasted their envoys

England just kept sending their archers and catapaults around and around the solitary Egyptian colony city. This screenshot was taken at 1725AD and by that stage I was already researching lasers. This was before the Aussie Summer patch so the AI was pretty dopey back then.

England is pink because reasons. India is orange.

Well, thats a hell of a spam!

My contribution: can someone explain me how THAT is possible?
I guess Auckland is running cars with a super efficient secret sheep product?
(tank for a city state that has no oil???)

There's no sheep within range of Auckland, but there's spices instead, though just outside Auckland (but within workable range), there's citrus.

The sheep were a joking reference to the real world New Zealand, I believe.

Might be some secret mixture of niter with extra spicy spices that moves even a tank.

It's the one on the right.

That said, isn't it so that city states don't require resources because otherwise they can basically never upgrade their units?

I didn't see that Lisbon also had one lol.
I guess it's part of the City state conspiracy to take over the world! :smoke:

On a more serious note, no mod, never ever saw it before. No mod included ofc.
Ohhhhh, I think I just got a good hypothesis:king:

I did an information era start. I guess city state then start with default tanks?
If so, I should test if damaged tank do not heal, just like your own resource units do not heal if you lose access to it. :)

NOOOOOOOO! Save the poor City-state!

(I guess information start might also be a reason)

Here's a nice little Roach Motel Island on Gedemon's Giant Earth Map (I think). Scouts check in, but they don't check out! How can you scale Cliffs but not be able to get off of them?!?

"You can check out any time you want, but you can never leave"?

I've had a very interesting autoplay. It's on detailed small continents with deity.
So the armies are massive.

But what really gets me is the tech difference with Raitorozu. It's a tech civ so it makes sense, but I guess deity helped it really run away from the competition.
