Civ + Virtual PC?

I am getting the CTD error on my Windows box and I really want to play
Has anyone tried running Civ 4 on virtual PC on Mac OS X?

Unlikely. It barely runs on a Real PC.

I figure it would be almost impossible on a current day Mac, even if said Mac was simply THEE best computer hands down out there compared to today's computers.

I guess I am going to have to wait until the fix this freaking CTD problem. I would LOVE to play the game ;(
