I will criticize "a little"
First of all, maps of this type (like the World map) are for me not suitable for the CIV1 game because they are not very playable. And the same is with your map.
What good is it that you have recreated the appearance of South America if there is too little terrain in it, so the civilizations are too close to each other.
2. Bug on bug. The CIV map cannot look like this. It must have at least one arctic square at the top and bottom across the entire width of the map.
So you have to reduce the size of the American continent at the top.
Yiu have not changed the terrain properties and visibility for the civilization, their coordinates etc..
Have you played it? It looks like it is about to crash after couple of turns.
3. You did not change the names of nations, leaders, cities.
4. Very poorly balanced map - unplayable. Unless you want to finish the game in shorter an hour.
The Argentine civilization is very developed in a good place and other civilizations have a developing problem.
Mongols dont have chance to developing. His cities have to disposition only 2 square!
Betwen Argentina and Chile is only 6 square space. You have cavalry and chariot so you reach the Chile city in 4 tours (go back to the first point).
And this same case is for Germans. You have 5 tous move you cavalry to one Babylonians city.
This civilization even not have chance to bulid any unit in this time!
5. A map made quickly, on the knee, without care.
You didn't even map the world properly - what are those three two-square strange islands on the left (apart from the Galapagos Islands)?
Generally, it is simply very unfinished scenario to corrected.
But I assume that this is your first, so if you are willing and read darkpanda's posts, the next ones will be more refined and playable.
Remember to play the game yourself before posting the scenario.
And don't be discouraged. Beginnings are like that. At first, you need to learn a little how to use Jcived.
