Greetings all, I'm new here and I am looking for a Civ2 editor that I used to have way back before windows made OSs that arent compatible with the game. I recently acquired a virtual PC for the purpose of playing Civ2 exclusively.
I looked through all the utilities offered here on the site and cannot find the one I had before.
The one I used then had a small window for editing the units via copying/pasting to/from the clipboard, and in it there were also check boxes for editing the properties of the units and I believe even changing the names. it did this if I recall correctly from being able to load the text file and gif files you wanted to edit and then saving to them.
Perhaps I missed something obvious, but if anyone knows what I am talking about I'd greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
