Hi everybody ! I had French Civ3. I is to it desinstaller and to erase its file in program file so that there does not remain trace in order to avoid problems.
I have then to insert CD of Civ 3 English (for then installing the extension). However when I insert it, my screen becomes blue and says to me to insert the CD with # of series XXXXX and that if it is in the reader to clean it. However my reader walks very well with other CD, and CD which I insert is in perfect state, I has just bought it in the pack Civ 3 Complete for PC.
You could light me because it's very frustrating: ( Also to try to solve the problem, with the software "regcleaner", i remove all that had the Civ3 mention on my computer (mainly of the files to connect has the editor of chart of Civ3) in the registery.
And when i attempt for the XX time to install Civ3, a message are showing:
" The file D:\MSVBVM60.DLL seem damaged. Reinstall, then test it again." and message of same type also appear after (the file MSVBVM60.DLL are not found etc.) D: are my CD-rom reader.
I have Windows 98 Second Edition and Civ3 french version work perfectly..
Sorry for my english, it's not my birth language so please be patient with me and i use the google traductor ^^".
Thanks for your help !
