Civ3 conquest menu mismatch..

I installed civ 3 conquest but when i run the game all the menu are mismatched.i mean like with where there must be 'new game' u find 'barricade'...i guess thr is something wrong in my label.txt...i also reinstalled the game...a snap shot of menu is attached...
plz help...

Did you download the demo and then patch it? If not, just reinstall the game.

I have reinstalled it many times but the same problem continues...ven i patch for ver 1.22 the game stops running alltogether...
can u send me ur label.txt file??

Did you patch the game? Does this happen as soon as the game is installed, or after the patch?
