CIV3 Crash at end of a Scenario

Looking for a reason why CIV3 crashes at the end of a scenario...... I have CIV3 Complete and have played the Nepoleonic scenario.... I finish the game and get to the point it is suppose to ask me if I want to continue.....instead it crashes

Can anyone explain or help?
