Is there a patch to play the game without the disk?

Yes, but I'm not gonna tell you, and this is not welcomed topic in this forum.

No, sorry, that would be illegal, unless you prove to Atari that you own the game and the disk isn't working (even then they might give you a no-CD patch). This site condemns piracy (and that would be technically piracy).
