I like Civ3 more but I would like to see some changes made in it. Such as multiplayer and allowing ships and airplanes to attack units because as it is, air and sea power are usless.

A lot of people are looking forward to multiplayer. However, bombers are not useless by any means. Here, forty carrier-based bombers soften up resistance in the strategic American city of Boston.

You can add lethal sea and land bombardement within editor, read editor help, this allow you to kill a weak unit with bombardement. Also you can modified attack, or defense against bombardement. So just mod it to your conveniance( like increase range for cruise missile) it is much more fun if done correctly.

On higher difficulty levels, you need a strong Navy and a strong Airforce. Playing with combined arms brings a whole new dimension into the game. Stop playing Pangea and actually try a conquest in the modern era - bombers and battleships rule!!!!
