Civ3 sound files corrupted, please help

My Civ3 CD is very badly scratched and I cannot get a few sound files from the CD (10, be exact). When I try and copy+paste them from the CD, explorer.exe crashes Is there somewhere I can try and get these files without havng to downoad an illegal copy of the game and get them there?

If anyone was wondering, there files are:

One thing you could do is see the ones you have, and copy and rename them to fit the ones the game is looking for.
That way, the game won't crash, but you'll just have to do with other music ingame
