Civ3 Windows Theme

I have been working on a Civ3 Windows Theme that changes almost everything in windows. It uses files from the game. I have a readme-in-progress but I don't know when it will be completed. Any help or feedback with this theme would be greatly appreciated.

Name: Civ3-Warrior
Changes:
1) Desktop background image
2) Civ3 screensaver (the one from firaxis)
3) Cursors (in '.ani' format), all except the following:
a. pen
b. resize cursors
4) Sounds, all except the following:
a. open/close program
b. restore up/down
c. minimize/maximize
d. New Mail Notification
5) Icons:
a. My Computer Icon

What I need:
Cursors:
a. resize cursors
b. better busy/working in backgound cursors
Icons:
a. Network Neighborhood icon
b. My Documents icon
c. Recycle Bin Full/Empty icons
Sounds:
a. better Start/Exit sounds (they don't sound civish though they are clips from civ music)
Testing: I need testing on other windows systems to see if there are any bugs.

I have not figured out how to make the '.zip' files properly and will post the link when I have time.

Any help or feedback you can give me would be appreciated.

You plan on doing any skins for Windows Media Player 9, WinAmp, and/or SysMetrix too? If you're going to do a theme you might as well do it all.

I don't know how to do skins for any of those, do you know how. If you do I would like to know as well.

Actually I don't. I just remember the days I would cruise WinCustomize looking for new themes and stuff, and a lot of guys would offer the whole package with skins for just about anything and everything you can think of. I just like having my multimedia skins to match my desktop theme is all. Can't wait to see what you come up wih though.
