Civ3Edit Leopard

I've downloaded it and it's a .sit file how do I actually get it to open and work. I have the civ3mod.bic but all that does is open up the game. Help! I really need to get the map editor!

.sit files are Stuffit format. You need to download the free Stuffit Expander to expand it.
