Civ4 Complete: Expansions Mutually Exclusive?

Hello all! I have a quick yes or no question: Are the expansions (Warlords and BTS) mutually exclusive? In other words, can you only run one at a time and you can't stack content from one expansion into another to run one big game of SuperCiv?

I'd like to play a game with both the Warlords and BTS content but there doesn't seem to be the option to do so.

Welcome to CFC

BtS includes all of the Warlords features. The only reason to start Warlords is to play the scenarios it comes with (that do not work on BtS).
