Civ5 to Civ6 rigging error.

Another new project creating Civ6 unit out of Civ5 custom made model hosted here. This is what happened to Torpedo Boat Destroyer

^ First attempt.

Frontal turret moved out of place! Not mentioning that gun blast is being displayed incorrectly.
This unit is made for Civ5 BB bone (though much of these bones) but i used the Civ6 BB and assign vertex groups in the same manner instead. No upright ship this time.

Blender rigging efforts :P

Excessive gun flashes can be fixed later. now what I want is that the gun flashes should display alongside the ship and not originated on the opposite 'T' side. Also in Blender. how can I move bones while keeping the assigned mesh in place???
