Like it says in the title. I can't even see the video options in-game. Anyone know how to fix this outside the game?

In windows, depending on what version you have, there is a "My Games" folder. You will find a folder there with Beyond Earth in the title. If you cannot find it, then you may have to do a search using Beyond Earth. In that folder there is an editable file (GraphicsSettings.ini) that allows you to change the resolution and even turn full screen mode on and off. 0 = off. 1 = on. Turning Full screen off may let you adjust the size. If that does not work, then the two entries above FullScreen adjust the resolution. If those are not at the resolution settings you are currently using, changing them may also give you the correct size. If those fail, then you may be having issue with your graphics card itself and/or the ability of the game to change the settings.
