There appears to be some strange duplication bug... I got online and found myself above ground (first sign something was amiss - it was the same position I was after the server was reset a few days ago). I got down to my project supply chest and opened it -

The items seem to have duplicated. I think the same thing happened with the sandstone I had collected and lost most of. Those items above I had just put in the chest before the server crashed the other day. The items I put in are the ones that have the same number in my inventory and chest (I was testing rail movement on pavement - no change, unfortunately. It would have been nice... especially with the old bug that had something to do with blocks above ice being slippery and going extra fast.).

It looks like it registered putting the items into the chest, but didn't register that they left my inventory.

Player inventories are only saved to disk on a player disconnect. If the server crashes while a player is online the last saved inventory will be used on restart,

Bought Minecraft, joined the server and already died because of a Zombie I couldn't hit due to lag. I'm also quite uncertain what to do yet so I'm open for suggestions.

I was the only one on this morning. (Working on my tree farm by spawn)

Also, I notice Spout's frame rate starting to drop over time. Logging out and back in seems to help. I think when it gets too low (single digits) is when my PC locks up.

Telling a group of Civilization players to stop exploring is madness.

The server was (and is) a bit laggy for me. Couldn't hit the zombie no matter how hard I tried to punch it. I feel so insecure, especially when it's nighttime when I login to the server. Already spotted two skeletons and a zombie walking under the spawn.

Join an established town, no worry of mobs in those!

Gah I need to find out where the memory leak is. I think it may be the kingdoms plugin I added. Looks like phase 3 must commence.
