switch / cheat / change within CivDOS Games
your tribe, your money, your techs, your wonders and difficulty level ( chieftain up to empereor ) etc.
afterwards in the game...

it works great with win3.*** | win95 | win98(se) for sure -
...maybe with any other windows version too?

...a nice cheat / correction program
with a comfortable Graphic User Interface ( GUI ).

some history:

i found this editor on a 'free software CD' (from a computer print publication) from ~ 1995
back in ~1998/1999 -
it's hard to find this tool today
(every time i search for it on the internet
i don't even find the forum post here again),

but of course it's here at civfanatics!

The only program I know that allows to alter behavior of AI nations.
You can also use it to add or remove spaceship and palace parts.
