Civictionary please?

Hi,

it's been a while I've been going around for this wonderful forum, still I cannot find a comprehensive dictionary of all the acronyms used in it...
...and when I say all of the acronyms, I mean...ALL OF THEM...

I found these two links, but they have some holes here and there...
