Shouldn't the last value be 0.1%?

Might want to mention that "Human Player Lightbulb Incremement Per Advance" doubles after 1 A.D.

    Also, "Increment" is spelled incorrectly.

0.02 is the percentage factor (which means 2%), you should either have 0.02 or 2% :)

I believe the values should be:

    • Chieftain: 0.2 (or 20%)
    • Warlord: 0.4 (or 40%)
    • Prince: 0.6 (or 60%)
    • King: 0.8 (or 80%)
    • Emperor: 1 (or 100%)

If I'm right, then a score of 1000 would be adjusted like so:

    • Chieftain: 200 (20% of 1000)
    • Warlord: 400 (40% of 1000)
    • Prince: 600 (60% of 1000)
    • King: 800 (80% of 1000)
    • Emperor: 1000 (100% of 1000)

N.B. - I am far from an expert...but these figures make sense to me.
