Hi I am a bit picky with manuals. The original Civilization III had a great manual that was wide.

When Civ III: Game of the year came out the manual was so narrow and thick that it was hard to read.

I was wondering how the manual for Civ III Complete is? How many pages and if the thickness and narrowness effects how tight the pages are. Are there any units charts?

I know I am silly..
Thanks in advance

It is pretty big. Everything you need. It has about 245 pages including the wonder charts and unit charts. And A thing that tells you what all the keys are.

Actually, the Civ 3 manual is really full of errors. If you have a question, I'd look in the civilopoedia or ask here. There are some really bad problems, like wrong stats for units.

Yeah, I would regard any of the manuals as really just basic tutorials for total newbies, including the Civ3: Complete manual (which I have). It would really be nice if somebody took the time to create a massive PDF file with all the advanced tips and articles available here at civfanatics, organized into a kind of super strategy guide. Be a lot of work though. We could call it "The CivFanatics Ultimate Strategy Guide to Civ 3". I wonder how many megabytes it would be, if we included a complete unit encyclopedia and such, lol.

I'm pretty sure my manual doesn't have 'Riders' in the unit tables.....

It's so bad that the makers warn you about it themselves (they give you a little ReadMe when you install the game).

Even the Civ3 Complete manual has errors? I thought they would have fixed all of the errors from the original...
