wrong thing to say - sorry no sense of humor on that - there is no answer in drugs and all it would do in this regard is make you a lousy player. not a flame - just don't want anyone making the same mistakes as me please notice the 12 years in recovery from drugs they are the best 12 years of my life.

I'm still in the Swedish equivalent of High School, although I do have plans to get a degree or maybe even a doctorate later on in life. Planning to take some small History and Social/Political Science classes at the University after I've graduated.

Currently working on a PhD. Don't assume that highly educated = smart though. There are plenty of people out there who never thought about going to university that are smarter than many who did. Trust me, I've seen people who are "brilliant in their field" but are totally helpless outside of academia.

Speaking of working on a PhD... I'm already about 3 hours behind on my work for the day and have a long night ahead. Back to work... :whipped:
This is very true . I know some really odd people but kind.

I am a Bachelor of Chemistry and of Physics and currently studying for a Master in Physics. :Crossing fingers:

Hell, if you do attend school then just look at your classmates for instant proof of this. At least half of the people attending college that get good grades are not what I'd consider very intelligent, nevermind the ones that are just barely passing.

edit: Note to self: always check for grammatical errors when posting to a topic about intelligence.

I'm currently a fourth-year student (will be graduating in Spring 2006) majoring in Business Management (BS) with a concentration in Marketing.

After graduation I plan on working for a few years so I can go back to college and get my Masters.

Not just outside academia, outside their field, even when their field closely intersects another one. I have an English professor who thinks the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle was more important to modernist literature than World War I. *sighs*

Working on a History major, English minor here. With plenty of life walloping me to make sure I won't get my BA till I'm 30 .

BSc Honours Geology, followed up by a Post Graduate Certificate of Education...I am a science teacher :)

I've also cross addicted to Civ, seven years Recovery on 1 August 2005, New Zealand Region.

I think education can be overrated, I'd rather be average and work hard than a genius who sits on his butt all day. Most of my professional education has been on the job because when I started in medical ultrasound 28 years ago there weren't any training programs and many of us had to teach ourselves. I continue to study on my own and go to conferences to keep up to date.

I'm not highly educated but it doesn't matter. When I help my long long lost Nigerian relative get the money out of his account, I'll be richer than all of you!

Just about had me rolling on the ground laughing. Nice!:D
