Chieftain
I've just started a new job at an NGO that deals with funding information as one of the managers that deals with our subscribers to our database and the funders
(http://www.fis.org.nz/) and I was wondering if any one had any ideas for scenarios I could play to learn strategy for dealing with day to day challenges.
I like to think of Civilization as a SUPERIOR alternative to Solitaire and other office distractions.
For example surrounding yourself with rivals who are aggressive (Russians, Zulus), passive (Egyptians who end up on other side of the map), diplomatic.
Scenarios like managing one city and fortifying it from big empires (real world can be government departments and corporations) and so on.
Let me know how you blow off steam by playing Civilization, do you just nuke everything and say hell with the pollution?
