This seems like it should be trivial and yet I can't figure it out. I've tweaked the library to give only one scientist specialist slot while changing the university to give two. That change works fine, no problem. But when you look up University in the civilopedia it still shows only one specialist slot in the bottom left. I can't figure out how to make that properly display two specialist slots. It looks like it should be automatically read from the XML but for some reason it doesn't seem to be. Again, the university is properly allowing two scientists, it's just the Civilopedia entry that seems incorrect.
