Yes,C4 must have a program for new units. I's so hard to find a program,that makes flics in the net... I'm right, aren't I...?

They use the Gamebryo engine which has it's own format. There are exporters for 3DS Max and Maya available (but i'm not sure if Firaxis is allowed to distribute them).
