Civs gpt dont add up

In these 2 images sometimes other civs gpt (this includes my gpt) don't add up. Looking at the diplo screen seeing their gpt and then going into the trade window with them we both have a different gpt. This is with v2.0.44 and v1.7.9 Beta.

Top picture I have 10gpt but in trade I have -5 gpt.

That has to do with gold per player. This is tradeable lump sum, but not as gpt. It is 12 + modifiers (commerce tree). It is intended.
