Been using CivSprite for years, and today for some reason there appears an bug.
Basically, the utility seems to convert the units and units_mask file into a SPR file just fine.
It's just the process doesn't take hold. I am testing it in Imperialism III. It creates a new SPR
file, and gives the "successful" message. But going into CIV2, the colours are not applied.
The SCN file has SPR lockout not selected, and what is crazier, the custom colours on the old
versions of Imperialism III have vanished...Which makes no sense...I redo the file in CivSprite,
but to no effect. For the record, the other scenarios seem to retain their custom colours fine.
Still experimenting...
