I have been trying to plan the Settlers, but there are quite a few options.
The Duke and I have been posting ideas in Turn 1300AD and Aquaducts. Also, we need to provide for the new Temples of Bedfont Lakes and Beast Flats, cities which lack food.
Civvium: Market 72/80, supports Caravel & 2 Muskets
TFalls: Van 45/50 Gems? Dye? Silk? Then...

Little Nemo: choked w 2 Settlers ...
Gabba Gabba: Van in 1, Wine or Silk? Then grow on Irrg in 9.
Bedfont Lakes: Temple in 5, but growth frozen... & Beast Flats
Penguin Flats: Freeze growth grass to forest, Silk Van in 10
None W of RC: Fin Irrg GLS, then Roads for growing RC
LN Set near Civ: Based somehow upon this poll.
LN NE of LN: Road, then Irrg for BFL? or for TFalls?
Penguin Set: Sail to Beast Flats Plains, R & Irrg.
move Penguin's grass serf to Forest.
