Civ1-addict has posted numerous plans in Turn 1660AD (as have I) so let's discuss them here. I am generally in favor of his ideas. Mordhiemia £82 is in this poll, and the Neuma question. A few others I take exception:
Neuma=8: forest to Elvis, Celeb! PRB £72 Market in 5, then what?
BedFont Lakes: Van or Market, not an Engineer, poor food.
Penguin: is already switching to Engr (A) this plan. Then Van.
Banana Bay: Caravel in 3, then Van rather than Ironclad.
Engineers 1660AD and a couple poll options.
None Engr near RC: Clear.Orders, move to Ely's Silk RR,
RR safe roads GG to REGIA CIVITAS.
Civ Engr NW of Ely: move to Ely's Silk and RR. RR to CJ.
Frozen Toe: leave both Forests, RR interconnect.
Marl Downs: Fin Irrg, Road, NW Road
Octavia: Clear.Orders, N N N to RR Ebor Mine.
Capri: RR Pheasant and interconnect.
Mord @ Janus: Road, then RR interconnect.
Ren: S & W to RR Wine Mine.
Ren @Cymru: fin Irrg, Road, then RR LC to CJ.
Neuma: continue to Irrigate.
Castle Jayne: Needs Road for all serfs!
Routskilde: forget the swamp, NE SE RR Peat, Forest.
Mulled Mine: starving, problem in 11, send Engr to Irrg (A?)

Udal: Skara SE Road Forest, then ignore Skara, Irrg Mulled.
DH Engr near Upps: RR Buffalo, ship back South?

Civ1's settlement plans take priority. I merely mention useful work while awaiting Caravel pickup. Generally, RR production squares with serfs or interconnect, some heading to MT CJ area charging and building RR, then RR CJ to GG to Ely, also RR GG to RC. Boost production, and Rail the main backbone for Van deliveries. RR the Wine Mine & Coal Mine.
