Hard to describe, but whenever I do actions that involve clicking and dragging(map movement, unit movement) the game seems bog down. It is not a smooth drag, and the game appears to stutter a bit.
I've tried lowering the graphic quality but that doesnt seem to matter.
Anyone else have this issue?
