Wow, I really wasn't even expecting the ARCs, Heavies, and Scouts, but you went above the call of duty here! Also appreciate how you went ahead and created the unit xmls for these as well, saving me a little trouble of creating units using the models. Thank you for these!
Unfortunately no. I couldn't find any isolated clone laser blast sound effects.
I could probably record battle sound effects from SWBF2 with Audacity and use them for these units if you want me to.
If you could, with minimal background noise(I know that is ni impossible), that would be nice.
Here is the sound bit i used for the droid's blaster sound. Just a for a length and volume ref.

Actually, it isn't impossible. I have the Fake Console Mod for SWBF2 and can disable all other units from spawning, so I can take a few shots without any battle noise and get a clean blaster sound effect. I can also edit the sound effect afterwards to make it sound better. Also, I could get some voices for the clones, like when they die, or when they are hurt.
Hmm don't ships in Final Frontier mod use laser like shooting sounds?
Are they like laser bolts or beams? Most of these units, except the sniper, have laser bolt weapons.
I'm not all that great at making straight up new meshes(or heavily edited whatever). However I do think that I saw that someone made a robocop looking unit.

I have looked at number of futuristic units but none of them suit my taste - most of them look too bulky.
Here is what I think. I like the body of Cyborg unit that comes in BTS:Next War - its pretty nice, but I don't like its ww2 German style helmet and the gas mask.
Perhaps if following could be done:
-helmet and gas mask removed.
-gas hose and the box on the back removed.
-a new helmet/head is made in a style of new Robocop (the shiny Red light could be team colored) - or in worst case scenario - a helmet stolen from this girl here:

This guy could be pretty cool for some variants in FTTW, Metal Armour or Combat Armour for enclave or BoS, with some colour variants, the one it is was like BoS grey, we could recolour it at some point for black enclave, or use it as a special forces unit, or all kinds of stuff!
It uses the basic nextwar_cyborg's body, this guys helmet, and the basic marines face. I couldn't get it to work with the paratroopers armature unfortunately. I'm not all that good at re texturing.

It looks like it uses the navy seal kfm. I've never worked with that mesh I'm not sure if it would work with all the different things that the metal armor is used for. We overused metal armor a bit
