In customization of map there is an option about coastline
It says natural, pressed or random.
What is the difference between natural and pressed?

Why not start a game with "natural" and then another with identical settings except "Pressed" ? Have a look at the coastline shapes in World Builder and compare them.
Personally I always use "natural".

Quoting from Sirian's map reference guide:

LAND SHAPE - Choose the roughness of the shoreline for player areas.
* "Random" - DEFAULT - Randomly picks one of the options.
* "Natural" - Player areas will have spidery peninsulas, maybe small islands too.
* "Pressed" - Player areas will have some variance, maybe a peninsula or two.
* "Solid" - Player areas will have smooth shorelines and be more densely packed.
