Are we still using these documents in this game?

With all this discussion of constitution, am I to assume they are irrelevent?

I believe we will have to have some form of lower law to articulate the Constitution. There are a lot of minor details that need to be documented somewhere. I'm not sure how closely the DG4 documents will match for this game, I assume we will be working on them during the begining of DG5.
