New Fog of War tiles?

Where did this screenshot came from? It's not only about tiles. Scout doesn't have a dog and probably there are other things too.
This is from the Civilization Official Discord server, 'autoexplore-feedback', 'option #1'

I'm not sure if the image is still visible there now as I believe the discussion may have closed.

How did that go by the way? Did they have anything else interesting to say? In 30 years of playing civ the only thing I used auto explore was to fill out the huge empty oceans in 3.

Auto explore is standard and should have come on day one. The same with quick move. These are standard quality of life features that are essentially industry standard in 2025.
I would add edge scrolling here as well, though I notice a trend that for whatever reason more and more games release without that option (and then sometimes add it in later via patch, because the community requests it)

I'm wondering if popularization of multi-monitor setup is the culprit here. Making this feature less and less desirable over time. Ever since I entered this setup I disable edge scrolling in every game and mostly dragging with sporadically used wasd is second nature for me at this point, because with two+ monitors I often want to go with cursor to my other screens and do something else for a minute or quickly check something related to game I'm playing while game is running.

Yes, that could be the reason. And in that light I absolutely understand that enforced edge scrolling isn't a good idea...or even to have it just "default on". But flatout removing the option altogether is pretty harsh, IMHO. Even nowadays not everyone uses multiple monitors...or even someone who uses them normally might occasionally find him/herself in a situation where only one screen is available. Then removed edge scrolling is a serious blow to the UI comfort. And I can't believe that implementing this optionally comes with a tremendous amount of work...
