I've found a few bugs so far, and decided to pile them into the same thread instead of spamming the forums with single threads. I won't be updating this thread with future bugs, but will instead create a 'collection of bugs 2' thread.
1. Pathing Bug
This bug is simple. Micro-managing your pathing can get you to your destination faster than just clicking on the destination. Not because there are units in the way, or borders, or whatever else, but just because the auto-pathing is sub-optimal. This is probably one of the issues with the AI currently, and also effects humans.
2. City Display Bug
Changes made to a city's production and growth times via micro-managing citizens or purchasing tiles/buildings aren't reflected from the world map. The production/growth times on the outside of the city don't update mid-turn. You have to click into the city to see the accurate times. Below are two videos demonstrating this; one for production and one for growth.
3. Luxuries Bug
Luxuries don't provide amenities on the same turn that they're improved.
4. Spy Orders Bug
When a spy is created and you click on it to assign orders, you are brought to the "transfer to city" menu, which makes sense. However, when you click on a spy that has just completed his assignment to assign orders, you are also brought to the "transfer to city" menu, which doesn't make sense. You should be brought to the spy itself, not one of it's UI's menus.
To clarify further, when you are brought to a military unit to assign orders, you aren't brought to it's "move to" assignment, but just to the unit itself. This is how I believe it was intended to work with spies as well.
5. Spy UI Bug
When viewing a spy's "transfer to city" menu, clicking on "assignments" menu will not bring you to assignments, but will instead just close "transfer to city" menu. The same is true other way around (starting on the assignments menu).

6. Peace Offer Bug
When badly beating AI in war, they will sometimes refuse a 'flat' peace offer. When you demand goods from them, however, they accept the trade.

7. Diplo Lag Bug
When rejecting an offer from the AI with animations turned off, there is a 2.5ish second delay before player can exit diplo screen. I assume this is a bug, as this is probably around the length of time it would take the AI to complete a rejection animation had I turned animations on.

8. Pathing Display Bug
Hard to explain why this happened, but it was specific. In the video, the CS I'm moving through was once conquered by Russia. Russia declared war on me, and so I liberated the CS. Since then, pathing within the CS' borders has appeared one movement point short of accurate.

9. CS Text Bug
Same CS as involved in the above bug. After liberating the CS, its' text was unspecific, as if it was merely a template.
