Ok Balrog, here is the new forest. Thought I would never finish it eh? I think this one turned out alot better than the last one. I checked the original firaxis grassland forests.pcx file in the game, and even their jungle/forest goes into the water. This file Im posting is exactly the same as theirs. The location and size of forest/jungle is in THEIR locations. So if you see a tree in the water, Blame it on Firaxis.

Won't you need the jungle mountains and jungle hills pcx files done? Im fixing to work on some new terrain for Civ III. You got me started on it! Now I want to post new forest and jungle pcxs for download. When I finish them I can work on those for you.

NOTE: You could always Clone my forest into the jungle hills/mountain pcxs.

Yup I will need those as well, but the most important is the grassland version! If you will have time, make those too!
Damn I cant wait to see the forest, but the fileserver is down still! Oh it was up, as I saw in your post. I checked it like 4 times today and it was down all the time..Damn my bad luck..
