What order do they attack you?

All civs are numbered. You are 0 each other civ is numbered from 1 up next, then City states are numbered, then barbs. Free cities will come before barbs if they exist.
Civ it turn based so you always go 'first' then each civ in numbered order. The civs are numbered in the order they show on your main screen.
So Russia and Cree attack first, the one closer to you on the main screen attacks first of the two. Then Antioch attacks and finally the barbs.
