I tohught it would be neat if people from the civ2 community pooled their resources together to create a great and wonderaful scenario. The different parts can be divided up and given to those who are really good at that particular area, like for example: Person X does the unit graphics, Person y does the terrain graphics, Person Me does puts the graphics together, person H designs the map, etc.
Any ideas or comments are apreciated.

List of ideas:
Babylon 5
The Fighting Fantasy world
Mithgar
Wheel of Time
Midgard

the simpsons, nah, maybe a fnatasy/sci fi novel, like, taken out of that world? or wars mentioned in it, or maybe, oh, sweet... I vote an ancient egyption like civ is attacked by desert ork like beings, or not... but yeah, a movie/tv show/novel that is very poplular and that people know about, but maybe not something as popular and well knowen as the simpsons, lotr or harry potter...

Why not a rendition of the classic "War of the Worlds", set in 1895 England. I know the site already has one, but I'm sure we could produce something better.

Being a fan of the book, I'd sign on as a plot consultant and general Idea-man.

Star trek? *shudders* j/k, i was thinking you would have to contribute graphics, or since i have so many (my sig will come true, it's just that I have to beat my friend, I am currently winnig by 3, not sure how he got 43 hits so fast...) back on topic, click my sig if you haven't!, oh right, back on topic, star trek, hasn't that kind of been done? like, alot? I'll still add it to the list. I also suggest that the scenario doesnt use more than 100 units, I can't stand waiting for 10 mins for my turn, or having to move like 50 units.

Hmmmmm.

The Fighting Fantasy world? (adventure books).

i have some babylon 5 units, i guess i'll use my star trek units for a graphical update of a star trek scenario, when i find a good one to update, :mischief:

I agree with kobayashi, I am trying to remember a few different fantasy series I've read. How about the Companions of Vladimar or however you spell it novels by Mercedes Lackey, lots of good wars and it doesnt have to be exact... or the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, or the Mithgar series by Dnnis L. McKiern(a or e?)n?
