Hi there,
I hope someone can help me. I just bought CIV3, the basic version and i've been trying to install it for a few days now. Every time I try to install, my computer completely crashes...this usually happens around the 50% mark.
I've tried transfering all the files on the disk to my hard drive to do the install, but the only file i'm not allowed to is the data2.rar file (314MB). When i try to copy this file from the disk to hard drive it crashes as well. The disk is brand new and looks really clean, so i doubt its because of anything on it.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be going on? I'm not the most computer knowledgable person, but i've tried all the install, reinstall (manual)options too and i'm out of ideas. Any help would be much appreciated.
