Computer just SHUT DOWN when i load a game

Hi
That happens when I load a savegame from inside a playing game, doesn't happen from the main menu.
Computer turns off, no message no nothing.

Laptop i5 Radeon hd6550
Never happened with any other gamekeepers software

Are you saying that the game does not crash when you open the main menu to load a saved game, but it does crash when you press Ctrl-L and load a game that way? If so, first thing to try is to verify your game cache: Steam --> Library --> Right-click Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth--> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If any files are downloaded as a result, continue verifying until no files are downloaded.

If that doesn't help, please post your DxDiag.txt file. To create the file, follow these instructions:

Hit the "Windows key" and "R", type in Dxdiag, hit enter. A menu will appear, with a save option at the right bottom. Save the file and attach it here.

This file provides us with essential information about your system.

Also post at least one copy of a crash dump file that was created around the time of a crash. These files have an extension mdmp and are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth.

The developers are working on a patch that will fix some known crashes. Perhaps that patch will fix your problem.
