(CONFIRMED) GP type probability sum error

In the attached image, the total probability of GP type is
40% + 13% + 10% + 7% + 20% + 6% = 96%

The screen shot can be reproduced by loading the attached sav file then open the city screen of Madrid (your capital).

Yes - I think its probably rounding error. Maybe displaying to 1 decimal place might be a good idea.

I wouldn't be surprised if a similar thing happened in other parts of the game like population percentages in cities etc. While it might not have much impact on gameplay, it's worth fixing because it looks a bit dodgy.

For me is always very strange to see that NEXT year will SURELY appear any GP.
It should be based on probability of appearance, i.e. standing +1 GPP could be +0.2% (and then descending) of probability (sry, I´m not the Great mathematician to count it to be balanced ). Making number of GP in average the same as now, depending on GPP, but borned randomly.
