Conquest easy to see ressources

First, I'm not the original author, I just use and re-mod Buk's graphics to spot coal and rubber faster. But Conquest new ressources were missing, so here they are, with there income fully update to C3C v1.00.

Strategic ressources have a black letter,
Luxuries have a red one and
Bonus ressources have a blue letter.

Take a look at my sample, and enjoy.

I moved some graphics around to place the income info.
