Now we are already a bit experienced with the concept of the democracy game ,i want to start a sort of justice system into the game.

I want youre oppinion's & Idea's on the folowing thing's.

1) a constitution:

To clearly outline the sgeneral & pecific rule's concerning the right's and duty's of the leader's.This must outline how the voting poll's are in a way regulated ,providing the exact information of what a leader can/can not do.What the pollitical possibilety's possibilety's are in the democracy game and what isn't polliticaly tolerated.what the scope of power is for certain political organization's.

2) law's

To clearly outline the right's of every participant of the democracy game.To maybe bring in a "code of conduct".

a)What do you think of appointing judge's?

3) procedure's

A list of procedure's for if we encounter uncomman though unimportant event's.Procedure's are voted on by the people and force the leader to follow a procedure when a the people feel they don't want to vote on that particular poll.

b) What do you think on holding a regulation on centralization/decentralization.So that the people could give a leader more freedom to chose or forcing the leader to post a specific poll.

For now ,i want youre idea's on this.Later ,respected poll's will be opend to vote on the various proposition's that came out this thread.Later on ,several thread's will be opend ,one for the law (written in chapter's) ,one for the constitution ,...

Give it youre thought's. ;)

I think we shld try to keep the game simple, considering active game participation is already minimal. Why would we need a justice system?

I thought Corn already done up something like that, no?

2) law's

Same as above.

Why and for what purpose? IMHO we shld keep it simple.

3) procedure's

A list of procedure's for if we encounter uncomman though unimportant event's.Procedure's are voted on by the people and force the leader to follow a procedure when a the people feel they don't want to vote on that particular poll.

I think the elected officials shld have somewhat more leeway in making decisions. For operational decisions, the official can make it. Us citizens will only vote on the long-term general policy. Like the present system in which we citizens decide we want which general area explored but the actual moves will be decided by the exploratory leader.

Of course, the citizens reserve the right to call a decision into vote. Maybe a petition of a minimal no of citizens to call a decision into question? Of course then, a reasonably good reporting sys shld be in place, so us citizens know what actually happen. Maybe some kind of newspaper?
