Napoleon wiped them all out.

5/3 split, Napoleon and the 4 others pulled the big continent, I got the smaller one. (2nd game in a row I pulled a small one)

In anycase, Naps has culture lead, I think he is going to win by utopia project.

Current strategy:
My only chance is to bee-line for the UN, make a quick conquest on his continent, liberate the 2 city states on his south east coast, plus one of Civ's cities. Ally myself with the 2 non-aligned city states and I'd have the votes to win UN.

Should I even try?

You really need more map information on this guy. I wouldn't be surprised if he were 2.5x your size. If Paris is on the coast, go bum rush it. Even if that's not the case, you have a ton of money and some good units to use. I would scout out his land and if the odds look favorable, buy a navy, an air force, and take him over. I can tell you that he's pretty far from winning culture since he only has 1 policy completed.

Easy win. Assuming its just you and him left with Capitals. Take his you win. Its the last one holding their capital that wins a domination victory. I am on my way to bed so no time to look at your save game. But chances are its winnable one way or another.

Yes I already posted that this tactic needs a nerfing. I had America just like that on a larger continent and lots of units. I swooped in and took down their capitol and did not have to defend it. Game over.

I would prefer if you have to hold the last capital till anarchy stops

That was what I said in my post. Now, if the last capitol is deep in their territory, you have another story.

yet its a little to easy with that tactic , sometimes though if there capital is a distance from the shore then it can be alot harder as all there units swarm to defend.

If there capital is near the coast its silly how easy it is , you win yet they have a massive army and masssive infrastructure and they did half of the work for you.
