After launching civ5, a black screen appears and an error in the screenshot:
I have DirectX 12, but in the startup dialog I choose DirectX 10-11 or DirectX 9. How can I solve the problem?
Reinstalling doesn't help. The first time you start the game everything works, but the next time the game gives errors
