[GS] Convert online to cloud or pbem

Hello! Is it possible some way to start a game playing regular online game, and than later on converting the game to cloud or PBEM? It´s excruciating slow to play cloud-game the first 50 or so turns, and later on, it´s perfect to play cloud or PBEM since you need so much time for every turn.

So when you want to stop the online game just save it and start the play by cloud and load the save. Send the code to your friends so they can join !

There is some bug though and some games never set players to ready. On steam the dev's have replied that they are investigating and a solution is that players have to join in the players order.
